Templates, folders and freestyle workouts
Plan your workouts ahead
You plan your workout ahead, then start it with one tap at the gym: exercises, sets, reps, target loads and rest times are already in place.
The free plan lets you save three templates; the Premium subscription removes that limit. Folders and freestyle workouts are free.
What a template contains
For each exercise in a template, you set the number of sets, the reps and load to aim for, and the rest time.
You can duplicate a template to create a variation, or turn a workout from your history into a template.
One folder per program
A folder stands for a program: you put in it the workouts that make it up, for example the three workouts of a Push Pull Legs. You file a workout into a folder from its menu, and you reorder the folder's workouts with drag and drop.
With the Premium subscription, you can analyse a whole folder: the program's muscle distribution, and its review by the AI of your choice.
Freestyle workouts: train without planning anything
“Start a freestyle workout” opens an empty workout, to which you add your exercises as you go. You can then turn it into a template from your history.
How many templates on the free plan?
The free plan is limited to three templates. Copies of a template and the workouts of an imported program count towards that total. You can, however, log as many workouts as you like.
