Your program in a few taps
Excellent training app! Musku is smooth, simple to use and really handy for tracking my workouts day to day. I love how motivating it is, the clean interface, and how easy it is to build your own training plans.
Finally an app that motivates me
Finally a lifting app that makes you want to get started! The interface is super clear, you log a session in two seconds, and the progress charts are so satisfying to look at. Highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions
Is Musku free? +
Yes. The essentials are free, with no time limit and no ads: unlimited workouts, the full exercise library, records, rest timer, Apple Watch and offline mode. The optional Premium subscription adds unlimited workout templates (3 on the free plan), every ready-to-use program, the full statistics with progress charts, and AI analyses. It also helps support Musku’s development.
How much does Premium cost? +
Premium is available yearly or monthly, with no commitment: see the prices in the Pricing section. You can cancel anytime from the App Store or Google Play and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. If your subscription ends, nothing is deleted: you simply go back to the limits of the free version.
Which devices does Musku work on? +
Musku runs on iPhone and Android, and comes with its own Apple Watch app: start your workout and log your sets on your wrist, without taking out your iPhone. Your account syncs your workouts across your devices.
Does Musku work offline? +
Yes. Your workouts are saved locally and synced automatically when you’re back online. You can train without an internet connection.
I'm a beginner, is Musku for me? +
Yes. You can start from a ready-made program, such as the Beginner Full Body, then adapt it to your gym. During your workout, Musku shows what you did last time and starts the rest timer automatically: you focus on your set. Our guide to building your first program helps you get started.
Can I create my own exercises and programs? +
Yes. The library holds 1,000+ exercises, and you can add your own in seconds. Save your workouts as templates, group them into folders by program, and chain exercises in supersets. The free version lets you save three templates; Premium removes that limit.
Does Musku use kilos or pounds? +
Kilograms and centimeters. Pounds and inches aren't available yet.
I'm changing phones, do I keep my data? +
Yes. Your workouts and data are tied to your Musku account: sign in on your new phone and they're all there, Premium included, even when switching from iPhone to Android or back.
What about Apple Health and Health Connect? +
Musku can save your workouts to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android. You can also sync your weight and body fat both ways; imported measurements are saved to your Musku account, just like those you enter in the app. Sync is entirely optional and is controlled from the app’s settings. More about Health sync
Can I delete my account and data? +
Yes. You can delete your account and your personal data directly from the app’s settings. Deletion takes effect immediately. What is deleted, what is kept
Who's behind Musku? +
Musku is built by an independent French developer. No investors, no ad networks: just an app dedicated to strength training.
