Workout logging
Log every set in seconds
During your workout, Musku keeps to the essentials: one line per set, with your previous performance right next to it. You enter your load and reps, check the set off, and move on.
Free, unlimited workouts.
Your previous performance on every set
Next to each set, the LAST column shows what you did last time: 80 kg × 8, × 12 for bodyweight, 45 s for a plank. No more digging through your history.
In the settings, you choose where that value comes from: your last workout, whatever the template, or the last workout done from this template. Handy when the same exercise appears in a heavy day and a light day.
Warm-up, failure and drop sets
To the left of each set, a pill shows its type. Tap it to change it: normal set, warm-up, to failure or drop set. Warm-up sets don't count in your muscle distribution.
Input that fits each exercise
Musku only shows the fields that matter for the current exercise:
- load and reps, for barbells, dumbbells, machines and cables;
- reps only, for bodyweight or resistance bands;
- added weight or assistance, in kilos, for weighted or assisted bodyweight;
- distance and time, for cardio;
- time in seconds, for isometric exercises such as planks.
Adapt your workout as you go
Machine taken? Swap the exercise for another one, without touching the rest of the workout. You can also reorder with a long press, and add or remove sets and exercises.
A bar at the top of the screen shows your progress, one block per exercise. You can shrink the workout into a mini bar to use the rest of the app, then reopen it with a tap.
Notes on every exercise
Leave a note on an exercise, such as a seat setting or a technique cue: it comes back automatically every workout.
