Rest timer

An automatic rest timer

No more watching the clock between sets. Check off your set: the timer starts automatically and Musku tells you when your rest is over.

Free.

It starts when you check off your set

No button to hunt for: the rest timer starts when you check off a set, and stops if you uncheck it. A discreet bar at the bottom of the screen shows the time left; tap it to go full screen, add or remove time.

A rest time for each exercise

You set the rest time exercise by exercise, from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, or turn it off. Musku remembers this setting in your template. By default, rest lasts 90 seconds.

Notified even when your screen is locked

When rest is over, the phone vibrates and a notification appears. On iPhone, the countdown also shows on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island for the whole workout. On Android, the notification appears when the app is in the background or the screen is off. On Apple Watch, the timer runs on your wrist.

A stopwatch for holds and cardio

For planks, other isometric exercises and cardio, a play button opens a full-screen stopwatch. When you stop it, the duration is filled into your set.

The timer icon, at the top of the workout, opens a “Manual timer” you can use whenever you like.
