Statistics

Your training in numbers

A single workout gives you a snapshot of the day. Musku's statistics let you step back and follow how you evolve over time.

Statistics are part of the Premium subscription. Each exercise's records and history stay free.

Your month at a glance

See your workouts, volume, records and training time for the month, with the differences from the previous month. The monthly summary also shows your most trained exercises, your most worked muscle and your consistency: your training days and weeks.

Your biggest progressions

Top progressions ranks the ten exercises you improved the most over the period you pick, in 1RM, max load or volume.

An index to follow how your strength changes

The strength index is a single number. It starts at 100, then goes up when your performances improve and down when they slip. Musku shows how it changed over 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

Musku computes it from your loaded exercises, using sets of 12 reps or fewer. The full method is explained in the app.

Compare a workout with the previous one

You repeat the same workout every week: is it improving? In “Session Analysis”, you pick a template, then a date. Musku shows that workout's numbers, volume, duration, best set and records, with the difference from the previous time. That way you can compare, over time, the workouts done from the same template.

Your activity over 53 weeks

The activity calendar shows your last 53 weeks of training, day by day. It also gives your current run of consecutive weeks, your longest run, your number of training days and your total volume.

Badges to unlock

Badges unlock as you train, in five families: workouts done, volume lifted, consistency, personal records and exercise variety.
