Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your training

Answers drawn from your own workouts

How many back sets did you do this month? Is your bench press still going up? Does your program leave a muscle out? The assistant looks up your workouts, exercises, records and program, then answers from your real numbers.

There is nothing to copy: with each new question, the assistant goes back to your account for whatever it needs.

Link Musku to your assistant

• in the app, open Profile, then ⚙︎ Settings, and choose “Link Musku to Claude or ChatGPT” to copy the connector address;
• in Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and add a custom connector; in ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server from the Plugins page on chatgpt.com, on a computer;
• paste the address, then confirm access on the Musku page that opens, with the code sent to your account email.

What the assistant can read

Your training profile (first name, age, sex, experience level, goal and target frequency), your workouts with their sets, loads, RPE and comments, your exercises, your records and your program.

It never sees your email, name, date of birth, weight, height, body measurements or body fat. Access is read-only: the assistant cannot create, change or delete anything in your account.

What Claude reads is sent to Anthropic, and what ChatGPT reads to OpenAI, which handle it under their own rules, like the rest of your conversations. Musku sees neither your questions nor the assistant's answers.

You stay in control

Musku emails you every time a new connection is made. In the “Claude and ChatGPT” screen in Settings, you can see your active connections and when each was last used, and disconnect any of them.

Access ends automatically after 90 days without use, if your Premium subscription ends, or if you change your password or email address.
